Job Description
- Develop Annual Trade Marketing Calendar for the Region as per inputs from HO Mktg and Region& Zonal Sales Head
- Design and Execute BTL plans as per Calendar and per Process
- Regularly visit Market and Key Dealers and identify gaps and opportunities of Demand Generation
- To plan and deploy POP materials ,In shop Branding ,Display Locks,ILP for the Region with Complete accountability
- Ensure standardisation of Europa Retail Identity across Markets
- Support New Product Activations/launches in the Region
- Report to RSM and work with ASM to identify Priority Markets and visible gaps
- Monitor Competition Trade Marketing activities in the region and share information with HO Mktg
- Own the Region Trade Marketing Budget with Complete accountability
- Share weekly reports on KPI of marketing activities with all stakeholders
- Identify, appoint and manage local vendors
- Training to regional sales team on Local marketing initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Graduation /BBA Must .Post-Graduation is preferred
- Experience- More than 2 years in Trade Marketing Role in B2C business
- Two wheeler with License is Must
- Age not more than 30 years local language and local market knowledge preferred
- Flair of Marketing is as must
- Good communication skills.
