About the Company: The role is responsible for driving Regional Trade Marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility, market activation, POS management & executional excellence across the assigned region.
The incumbent will work closely with sales teams, agencies, vendors, and HO marketing team to deliver impactful trade marketing activities and enhance market presence of brands.
Responsibilities
Market Pulse & Competition Tracking
- Track competitor POP, activations, melas/exhibitions, sponsorships, and media promotions.
- Gather retailer/wholesaler insights and NPD feedback (quantitative & qualitative).
POS & Merchandising Excellence
- Ensure proper ownership, dispatch, and distribution of POP materials.
- Execute POP deployment, fixed merchandising, and generate monthly deployment reports.
- Plan beat routes focusing on HIPO outlets for better merchandising output.
Third-Party Merchandising Management
- Brief/train local agencies/vendors for accurate merchandising execution.
- Use merchandising app for real-time and efficient market data capture.
Permanent & Semi-Permanent Assets
- Identify high-potential outlets for installing permanent/semi-permanent assets.
- Ensure timely installation and monitoring of umbrellas, flanges, non-lit boards, etc.
Wholesale Engagement
- Drive visibility at wholesale through GSBs, boards, flanges, and lenticulars.
- Plan and execute wholesale activation schemes in key wholesale markets.
Outdoor Visibility Management
- Identify key outdoor sites and coordinate with HQ for approvals.
- Conduct pre/post recce, monitor sites, and share fortnightly updates.
Activations Melas, Festivals & Exhibitions
- Prepare annual activation calendar for melas, exhibitions, and festivals.
- Execute BTL events in coordination with agencies and sales teams.
NPD Launch Support
- Plan POP and merchandising needs for new launches.
- Create launch beat plans and ensure on-ground execution.
Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage agencies/vendors for trade marketing tasks.
- Verify activity execution, documentation, and support vendor billing.
Required Education & Experience
- MBA Mandatory (Entry Level Passouts of 2024 & 2025 only).
- Age Group: 2025 years.
