Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Trade Marketing Executive. The role involves developing and implementing trade marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and analyzing market trends. The Trade Marketing Executive will foster positive relationships with distributors and retail partners, provide support to the sales team, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and regional sales strategies. The role also requires regular monitoring of market performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns for Bazana products across retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with Sales team to ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
  • Implement and monitor in-store branding, POSM deployment, shelf displays, standees, danglers, etc.
  • Support sales growth through trade schemes, promotions, and retailer activation programs.
  • Track competitor activities (pricing, offers, display strategies) and share insights with the marketing team.
  • Ensure proper execution of new product launches at the trade level.
  • Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners for smooth campaign execution.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, sales uplift, ROI, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding material production, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG trade marketing and retail execution
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with field travel and outlet visits
  • Knowledge of modern trade & general trade operations

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 13 years experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage trade marketing
  • Experience in managing POSM, retail activations, and distributor coordination is a plus
