As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of pre- and post-trading life cycles across all asset classes, with a primary focus on cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. You will coordinate with other business lines to ensure proper funding, applying your knowledge of trade lifecycle processes to identify and resolve issues while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. Your success will depend on your ability to actively listen, ask insightful questions, and establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as manage projects and influence outcomes. Job responsibilities
- Manage all trade exceptions end to end, driving timely closure.
- Deliver best-in-class BAU execution: publish weekly KPIs/KRIs, analyze deviations from targets, and drive follow-up on all aging items.
- Partner with associates to maintain regular communication across partner locations.
- Lead audit reviews and execute control checks.
- Support the preparation and implementation of Business Continuity Plans.
- Perform process research and investigations using the appropriate operational systems.
- Articulate product features and benefits clearly to stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree with Experience in Investment or Securities Operations
- Able to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and automation technologies, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ability to establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating beginning proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with project management principles, with experience in assisting with project planning and execution.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Preferred Experience in Middle office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in Economics or Industrial Engineering enhancing understanding of complex financial operations.
- Experience in finance industry operations, demonstrating capability in managing and optimizing financial processes.
- Proficiency in VBA, adding value through automation and efficiency improvements in financial operations.
