Job Title: Trade Finance Systems Analyst-AVP
Experience: 10-14 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
  • Leading a 4-member engineering team delivering low-latency wholesale margin and tiering computation solutions.
  • Architected and developed high-performance microservices capable of achieving 5ms (gRPC) and 10ms (REST) response times.
  • Leveraged Apache Ignite for distributed caching to optimize computation speed and scalability.
  • Implemented RabbitMQ-based asynchronous communication for reliable, decoupled system interactions.
  • Ensured high availability and resiliency using traffic managers, load balancers, and multi-instance deployments.
  • Established a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using TeamCity and XL Deploy, enabling zero-touch deployments.
  • Integrated SonarQube to enforce coding standards and improve code quality across all components.
  • Designed and executed observability enhancements by implementing the ELK stack and decommissioning Geneos, reducing monitoring cost by 30%.
  • Collaborated with global CIB stakeholders to meet regulatory and business requirements.
  • Provided proactive production support, ensuring system stability, performance, and seamless delivery in live trading environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership.
  • Proven expertise in designing and supporting Trade Finance solutions such as payments, L/C issuance, and end-to-end transaction processing.
  • Strong understanding of core Commercial Banking products and processes.
  • Experience working with T360 or similar Trade Finance platforms, with deep knowledge of Trade Finance products.
  • Solid grasp of application architecture and technical solution design principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Background in Trade Finance, banking, or fintech, with exposure to data-driven application development (SQL, ETL, Java/Python/C#) as an added advantage.
  • Experience leading teams in Agile environments, along with a general understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
