Scheme Portal Management
- Maintain and enhance NSP portal; design and implement a future-ready, agile Trade Scheme solution across all PIL verticals.
- Translate business needs into simple, compliant, and scalable processes.
- Monitor end-mile delivery of scheme benefits/gifts to ensure timely dealer receipt.
- Lead audits of existing and new schemes with DMS teams to prevent misuse and ensure expected outcomes.
- Drive central rollout of new schemes to promote cross-vertical purchases.
Compliance Tracking
- Ensure adherence to PIL guidelines for Quarterly and In-Bill payouts.
- Track sales returns and manage related reimbursement reversals with Divisions and Commercial teams.
- Monitor pending scheme/gift acknowledgements and coordinate closures with divisions.
Dealer App Market Place Management
