Job Title: Trade and/or Transaction Analyst

Location: Jaipur

Notes:

. Shift - Night Shift / US Shift (6:30 PM / 7:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM / 4:30 AM IST)

. Work Location - Jaipur (Pls share CVs of local candidates only)

. Minimum Qualification - Graduate

. Experience Required - 0-2 Yrs / Ok with freshers as well

. Basic skills required - Basic knowledge of Banking, Good communication skills, Working knowledge of computer / excel / email

. Notice Period - 0-30 days

. Contract duration: 8 months.

. Number of days work from office: Hybrid Working - 2 days WFH and 3 days WFO (weekly).

. Preference of hiring only diversity candidates (Yes/No): No

Assets Transfer team is part of Wealth management which takes care of asset movement and alternative investments for Private bank and Brokerage clients.

Your key responsibilities

. Daily monitoring of incoming FX Trades, Lien Release, Account opening, Miscellaneous wires requests and processing them within cut off time.

. Onboarding the client assets from counterparties for incoming WM clients in a timely manner while working with front office, custodian and counterparties.

. Terminating the client accounts upon request from FO and ensuring that cash and securities are transferred within expected time and accurately.

. Pricing of alternative investment products for private bank and brokerage clients.

. New client investments in alternatives which will include private equity and Hedge funds closing , capital call and distribution.

Your skills and experience

. Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.

. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required.

. Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected.

. Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.
