Role Description
The Track Lead XR is a full-time hybrid role based in Ranchi, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will manage AR/VR projects from inception to delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure the quality of deliverables. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AR/VR content, troubleshooting technical challenges, mentoring team members, and staying updated on industry trends. The role also involves client communication, requirement analysis, and collaboration to ensure innovative and impactful solutions are delivered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AR/VR development tools and platforms, 3D modeling, and animation software
- Experience in project management, deadline management, and team leadership
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with clients
- A strong understanding of software development processes and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, trends in AR/VR, and appetite for continual learning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Animation, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience in industries such as education, healthcare, real estate, or tourism, and proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or C++
