Track Lead - Campaign Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and managing campaigns across multiple channels, including SMS, emails, physical letters, phone calls, notifications/alerts through e-filing accounts of taxpayers, and social media
- Assigning and tracking campaign execution as directed by ITD
- Develop and execute campaigns based on a framework of graded communication and escalation defined by ITD, ensuring compliance with campaign frequency and follow- up procedures.
Qualifications :
- MBA with specialization in Marketing Management/ Bachelors in Marketing and Media Communication or Equivalent
- 8+ Years of relevant experience
- Helpdesk Operations/ Call Center etc.
