• Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

• Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.
• Candidate must possess a valid Government issued identification document.

Profile, Designation: Trainee Transaction Processing OfficerSkills:

• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.
• Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90 percent accuracy.
• Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.
• Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.

Job Description:

• Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
• Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
• Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
• Adhering to company's compliances and policies.
