Job Title: TPRM Manager
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:
  • Execute end-to-end IT Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Manage and coordinate IT TPRM cases, ensuring timely completion within defined SLAs.
  • Perform risk assessments by analyzing control questionnaires, evidence, and remediation plans.
  • Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to address gaps and clarify requirements.
  • Track risk findings, issues, and remediation actions, ensuring timely resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Support management of the IT third-party portfolio, including documentation, updates, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor vendor risk profiles, criticality, dependencies, and concentration risks.
  • Assist in preparing portfolio reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, outsourcing guidelines, and internal TPRM policies support audits and governance activities.
  • Act as a key stakeholder contact, contributing to process improvements, tooling enhancements, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT Third Party Risk Management, IT outsourcing, technology risk, or operational risk functions.
  • Hands-on expertise in conducting IT third-party risk assessments and vendor evaluations.
  • Proven experience in tracking issues and managing remediation activities to closure.
  • Background in working within regulated financial institutions or large multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IT outsourcing and third-party risk management is an advantage.
  • Experience collaborating with regional and cross-border stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of IT TPRM frameworks, processes, and outsourcing lifecycle.
  • Good knowledge of technology risk, information security practices, and control environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong coordination and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with a proactive, collaborative, and execution-driven approach.
