MAIN RESPONSABILITIES. Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of L3/L2 Run team engineers
. The role involves managing technical escalations, overseeing shift operations, ensuring adherence to
SLAs, SLOs and driving cross-functional
collaboration.
. The individual will act as the technical authority for Identity infrastructure, mentor team members, and
ensure effective communication
between clients, internal teams, and management.PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Technical Competencies. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or
related field.
. 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, expertise in PAM & PKI
. Strong mindset and understanding of identity security framework
. Experience managing multi-site or international teams is highly desirable.
. Strong understanding about Identity Protection solutions (minimum 1 of them) : CyberArk Self Hosted,
PKI ADCS, MIP & CrowdStr ike ITDR.

. Optional Certification CyberArk Sentry
