Job Description

Are you passionate about the homestay and vacation rental industry Do you love working in tourism and hospitality and have a natural flair for serving customers with warmth and professionalism At Homeyhuts, we're looking for enthusiastic freshers ready to dive into the dynamic world of technology-driven solutions for homestays, focusing on owner support, business development, and sales.

AsOperations & Sales Executiveat Homeyhuts, you will receive hands-on training and work closely with our team to help homestay owners increase their hosting experience, occupancy rates and provide stress-free management options. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for both hosts and guests. You'll assist owners in maximizing their property's potential across OTAs like Homeyhuts, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and Agoda.

Key Responsibilities (Post Training)

  • Property Onboarding & Listing Management: Work with homestay owners to onboard their properties onto major OTAs like Homeyhuts, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and Agoda. Assist in optimizing property listings, including descriptions, amenities, and visuals to enhance online presence and booking potential.
  • Manage Reservations: Handle booking requests, cancellations, modifications, and special guest requests across multiple OTAs.
  • Sales & Lead Handling: Respond to inquiries from travelers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Pricing Strategy & Channel Management: UsePMS/Pricing/ channel management solutions to set and optimize property pricing, ensuring competitive rates and maximizing revenue for property owners.
  • Guest Communication & Support: Handle guest inquiries and facilitate smooth communication before and after bookings. Provide exceptional support for check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Coordination & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with hosts, guests, and the Homeyhuts team to maintain accurate property details, provide top-notch hospitality, and deliver a seamless booking experience.
  • Market Analysis & Improvement: Contribute to improving the online visibility of properties by identifying market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management (Mandatory).
  • Passion for the homestay and vacation rental industry within tourism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • A natural ability to serve customers in a hospitable and professional manner, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to engage with clients, build trust, and educate effectively.
  • Adaptability to think on your feet and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
