Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Tour Operator. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, making travel and accommodation reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales inquiries. The role requires managing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in managing Reservations
• Sales skills and experience in handling inquiries
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations is a plus
• Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
