• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, OR any related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Travel Technology / Tour Operator Software / Travel ERP / SaaS implementation
• Must have Product based IT company in software development environment experience
• Hands-on exposure to client-facing implementation & training roles

• Software Implementation & Client Onboarding
• Business Analysis & Documentation (BRD)
• Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Product Configuration & Testing - UAT support, test scenarios, test scripts

Description:

We are looking for a min 4+ years of travel-domain expert with strong software implementation and training experience, someone who understands tour operator business processes and can confidently work with clients during requirements gathering, system configuration, Go-Live support, and user training. The ideal candidate should be comfortable documenting business needs, creating functional specifications, conducting workshops, and acting as a functional bridge between clients, project managers, and development teams, with excellent communication and a consulting mindset.
