Akshar Travels USA is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Tour Managers to join our growing team!

Location: USA | Extensive domestic and international travel

Position: Tour Manager / Group Tour Leader

Industry: Travel, Tourism & Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage escorted group tours across the USA and international destinations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day tour operations, including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, meals, and activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers throughout the journey.
• Coordinate with local guides, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and destination partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest requests, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
• Manage tour schedules, group logistics, and on-ground coordination to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Represent Akshar Travels USA with professionalism, hospitality, and a customer-first approach.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Tour Manager, Tour Escort, Group Leader, or in travel operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and group management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multicultural groups and diverse customer expectations.
• Fluency in English is required; Hindi, Gujarati, or other Indian regional languages are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of USA destinations, national parks, and international group tour operations is a plus.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the USA.
