Job Description

Manage end-to-end compensation benchmarking and maintain salary ranges for assigned geographies. Conduct salary analyses and support compensation and benefits programs ensuring internal and external equity, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals. Collaborate cross-functionally and provide insights to leadership for talent retention and program improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation benchmarking, survey submissions, analyze survey data, and maintain salary ranges by role and geography
  • Conduct ad-hoc salary analyses and compensation studies to ensure internal and external parity for new hires and transfers
  • Support bi-annual employee data audits to ensure accuracy of job codes
  • Assist in execution of the Annual Review cycle including salary increases, bonuses, and RSU awards
  • Handle and resolve employee compensation and benefits inquiries within SLA
  • Perform retention analysis to assist senior leadership in retaining critical talent
  • Partner with Compensation Community of Practice to implement compensation philosophy and program changes
  • Support policy execution and communications related to compensation and benefits
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors/brokers for enrollments and plan changes
  • Implement and promote employee wellness programs
  • Manage employee leave of absence requests ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain benefits reporting/documentation
  • Support vendor-related activities including audits, contract negotiations, and renewals
  • Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, and Procurement teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience
  • OR
  • Associate's degree with 5+ years experience
  • OR
  • High School Diploma with 7+ years experience
  • Advanced degrees may substitute for up to 2 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years Compensation, Employer Benefits, or Benefits Consulting experience
  • Experience with compensation systems/tools like Advanced Excel, Workday, Industry Surveys
  • Experience with Benefits Benchmarking tools
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
  • Experience working in large matrixed organizations
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership
  • Experience handling project financials
