Description: manage a complex technology cross team BoW in support of an critical large scale client o boarding stakeholders-technology, product, operations,program management, client. primary Skills: 1. experience in working across multiple functions to deliver results. 2. experience of working in technology in a 3rd party outsourced financial services company. 3 experience in the migration/on-boarding of new client business a distinct advantage. 4. understanding of outsourced middle office or custody & fund services would be beneficial. 5. expertise in JIRA,microsoft excel , MSTeams. 7. well orgaanised with attention with detail in generating and maintaining detailed program documentation and notes.9. ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders while ensuring the team is held to account for individual nd collective delivery. 10. motivated self starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving results. Roles and responsibilities: 1. establishes project requirements , priorities and deadlinest. 2. engage with business , IT Stakeholders to agree priorities nd align delivery plans accordingly. 3. co-ordinates resources ( staff, equipment , vendors and consultants). 4. develop implementation plans covering the necessary business nd IT tasks to ensure successful implementation. 5. develop plans and manages interdependence between development teams.6. publishes project status nd executive reporting
