Zoho One Administration: Manage and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
Access Management: Collaborate with various teams to gather access requirements, obtain necessary approvals, and grant appropriate access to team members.
Workflow Automation: Design, implement and manage automated workflows using Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting to streamline marketing and operational tasks.
Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between Zoho applications(CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Books, Desk, etc.) and third-party platforms like Lusha, Microsoft 365 and a wide array of other platforms, including: -Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads -Communication Tools: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom -Lead Intelligence & Enrichment: Lusha, Apollo ZoomInfo -Web Tools: WordPress, Zoho Calendar -
Analytics & Attribution: Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and custom API-based dashboards Key Goals-Build a connected ecosystem that enables real-time lead capture, accurate attribution, and automated nurturing based on source, behavior, and lifecycle stageMaintain data consistency, minimize manual tasks, and enhance campaign reporting across the funnel.
Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to team members, promoting effective utilization of tools.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and access protocols.
Network & DNS Management: Manage and configure DNS records to support domain verification and email deliverability. Ensure proper network configurations to support seamless operation of integrated applications.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience managing Zoho One applications or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Zoho applications such as CRM, Sprints, Flow, Forms, Mail, Vault, and WorkDrive.
Strong understanding of access control, user management, and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Solid knowledge of DNS management, including configuring and troubleshooting DNS records.
Understanding of basic networking concepts and their application in cloud-based environments.
Prior experience in a cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure tech company.
