Job Description

Understand multiple Infrastructure tools like SCCM, Solarwinds, Manage Engine, App Dynamic, Data Dog etc.
Have understanding of Discovery, Monitoring, Alerting, Patching functions.
Prepare roadmap for IT infrastructure tools ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or new tool implementations.
Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate tools and technologies for IT infrastructure, ensuring they align with business needs.
Eliminate redundant, un-used tools in environment and help consolidate the tools lanscape
Continuously optimize and maintain the performance of infrastructure tools.
Implement best practices for monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
Collaborate with various teams, including IT operations, development, and security, to understand their requirements and ensure that the infrastructure tools meet their needs.
