Responsibilities
Support in Implementing infrastructure management tools .
Drive AI adoption initiatives across all BU
Track and drive Observability & Digital transformation projects
Vendor coordination , Project tracking
Monitor tools project health using dashboards and reports
Collaborate with senior team members on ITOM and AIOps initiatives
AI/ML, Copilot, Vertex AI , DataBricks , Power BI
Basic experience with ITSM and monitoring tools
Familiarity with observability tool
Understanding of patching and asset lifecycle management
Interest in learning AIOps, ITOM, and AI-based automation
Power Automate , Automation Anywhere,Uipath
Python, Ansible
Active Directory
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information management, Statistics or related field
- About 2 to 5 years of experience in data center technologies
- Certifications such as: ITSM, ITOM, AI/ML
