Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi for a Toolroom Manager / Incharge. The professional will oversee daily operations of the toolroom, ensuring efficient manufacturing and maintenance of dies and moulds while meeting production timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities will include supervising toolroom staff, managing equipment and resources, planning and prioritizing tasks, maintaining quality control measures, and communicating with various departments to ensure smooth production processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace.

Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in die and mould manufacturing processes, including machining, CNC programming, and precision tooling
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee toolroom operations and staff
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using CAD/CAM software
  • Familiarity with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of toolroom equipment
  • Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure precision and efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or plastic moulding industry is an advantage
  • Relevant technical qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or related fields
