Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tool Designer/Engineer and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining plastic dies and moulds. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed tool designs, working with CAD software, inspecting finished tools, troubleshooting and improving existing designs, and collaborating with other departments for efficient production processes. The role requires adhering to quality standards and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and tool designing
• Experience in developing and maintaining plastic dies and moulds
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to conduct product inspections and ensure quality standards
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
