Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administer the back-end of Snow License Manager (SLM) and provide technical support for Snow agent installations.
Manage and maintain IBM Apptio Cloudability, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and custom reports using Python.
Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI based on stakeholder requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and deliver insightful analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tools and automation processes.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for tool configurations, automation workflows, and support procedures.
