  • Lead Handling: Preferably has experience with digital response-based lead handling, ensuring smooth interaction with potential customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Make courteous and professional conversations with customers and prospective customers over the phone.
  • Sales Conversion: Call potential customers to persuade and convince them to purchase the company’s products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and schedule qualified leads and appointments for the direct sales team, ensuring high-quality prospects.
  • Tele-calling Script Adherence: Follow the established tele-calling script to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Data Recording: Accurately record the details of all customer interactions as per the required format, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications is essential for documenting leads and managing tasks.
