Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist hiring managers in identifying key competencies and job requirements for each position.
- Candidate Experience:
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Job Posting & Advertising:
- Write compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Ensure job postings are aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
- Hiring Process Management:
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring clarity of compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment paperwork.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Recommend process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with high-volume hiring.
- Experience in using social media platforms to source candidates.
