Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Assist hiring managers in identifying key competencies and job requirements for each position.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Posting & Advertising:
    • Write compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
    • Ensure job postings are aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Hiring Process Management:
    • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
    • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring clarity of compensation, benefits, and company policies.
    • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
    • Recommend process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with high-volume hiring.
  • Experience in using social media platforms to source candidates.
