TM Network and AV

Job Purpose

• To manage, operate, monitor, and improve PAN Hindalco SDWAN infrastructure and associated managed network services to achieve desired SLAs and provide business value within agreed timelines across all Hindalco Locations.
• Managing and Monitoring PAN Hindalco WAN Network ILL and MPLS Links, SDWAN devices, Switches, Wi-Fi devices, Firewall & Load Balancer & Log Analyzer, and Servers including EKAAYAN Infra with the help of SolarWinds.
• To manage, Install, monitor, and troubleshoot PAN Hindalco Security Solutions like Cloud Proxy, Cloud VPN NAC, etc.
• Managing monitoring of all Wan Network Operations tickets.
• Plan, Design & Execute critical Projects of Network team including Firewall, Wifi, Switches & NAC.
• Support Zscaler Operations.

Supporting Actions

1. Management / Monitoring of Hindalco SDWAN Network.

• Manage, monitoring and troubleshooting of Hindalco SDWAN Network, this is spread across 50 locations.
• Ensure high availability of Hindalco network through Continuous monitoring of SDWAN TCL & Sify links on basis 24.7 for critical locations.
• Liaison with Sify,TCL,Airtel,JIO for Commissioning, Up-gradation & troubleshooting of WAN link for across Hindalco locations to assure Hindalco Network is UP & Stable.
• Co-ordinating with internal teams for new link commissioning & troubleshooting to isolate the problem.

Preparation of various Reports of SDWAN, monitoring of Network health, Application prioritization & utilization & Bandwidth utilization report on monthly basis for reporting and review.

2.Cloud Proxy (Zscaler)

Overall migration of on prem proxy to Cloud Proxy (Zscaler) as Solution and management and operation of overall 10000 plus PAN Hindalco Proxy Users.

3. Cloud VPN (Zscaler)

Previously we are using the On Prem F5 VPN and currently we have migrated all Hindalco Users from On Prem VPN to Cloud VPN and overall migration and operation scope are managed and we have approx. 3000 plus VPN Users PAN Hindalco.

4. NAC Operations

Operation of NAC Clear pass of Pan Hindalco which will cover all Plants, Branch Corporate offices.

5. Audio Video Support

Provide end-to-end support for enterprise Audio Video (AV) and Collaboration solutions across offices, plants, and conference rooms.

Manage and troubleshoot AV hardware and platforms from OEMs such as Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Crestron, and other approved vendors.

Ensure high availability and smooth functioning of video conferencing systems integrated with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other collaboration tools.

Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and health checks to maintain optimal performance and user experience.

Coordinate with OEMs, service partners, and internal IT teams for issue resolution, escalations, and lifecycle management.

Support meeting-critical environments by providing prompt troubleshooting and minimizing downtime during executive or business-critical sessions.
