Job Description
To ensure efficient warehouse operations in the respective shift through effective stock management, rack optimization, packing efficiency, and overall warehouse control while maintaining accuracy, safety, and cost effectiveness.
Stock ManagementManage BSR receiving and ensure accurate ERP/SAP entries.
Ensure strict FIFO compliance and 100% material traceability.
Conduct inventory audits and maintain high stock accuracy.
Implement ABC classification and optimize warehouse space.
Rack ManagementEnsure proper rack rotation and maintenance.
Maintain rack/returnable asset accountability.
Ensure safety compliance to prevent material damage (especially glass handling).
Packing ManagementDrive packing development and productivity improvement.
Reduce packing consumable costs through optimization.
Implement alternate and sustainable packing solutions.
Ensure zero damage during transit.
Warehouse OperationsManage inward, storage, and dispatch with OTIF focus.
Maintain 5S, EHS, and audit compliance (IATF/customer).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
