Job Description

Oversee and manage the production process within the furniture manufacturing team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Utilize knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to improve manufacturing processes and minimize downtime.
Responsible for inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
