Shift Hand Over & Take over -
The main necessity of shift takeover is to acquire knowledge about the shift's atmospheres and conditions.
- Discussing with the previous shift co-colleague regarding shift's process condition.
- Discussing about product detail, present & previous running condition.
- 5'S observation (Area Upkeep)
- Previous shift report takeover and signature.
Raw Material planning
- Verification of raw material planning done by product monitor before 09:00 am
- Verification of Raw material planner properly filled up & signed by Product Monitor & Warehouse
Line reading -
- It is parameter of Machine which is noted on LAM-PR-FOR-01. Line reading taken by shift Incharge
Reading Schedule: -
Every 1 hour once & each article change
Tool change over process
Tool changeover is done by shift Incharge with product monitor after completion of production
of running tool. The next tool which is given by planner will come to the running line.
Trouble shooting
Any type off remedies related to product is called troubleshooting. it is a beneficiary process of sorting and solving out problems in a process to ensure effective product as well as reducing
scrap. Troubleshooting should be noted down in process log sheet.
Process monitoring -
Process monitoring is nothing, but it is monitoring of all process line like product, machine,
manpower, product packing, area upkeep 5's Etc.
M/c restart up, setup
For any reason like, power failure, m/c get stop due sensor interrupt it would be restarting
by shift Incharge.
Shift report verification
Shift report is nothing, but it is a declaration of production into the shift report format at the end of
shift time. That to be verified by Shift Incharge which is filled by product monitor.
Shift activity review
Review of all areas like, QC checklist, scrapyard, Slitting machine area, production pallet, material issuing area etc.
