Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and execute civil maintenance works (buildings, roads, drains, utilities, structures, etc.).
  • Supervise and monitor civil repair works, modifications, and minor construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work permits, checklists, and reports for compliance.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and work orders.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed during execution.
  • Provide technical support for project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works, materials, construction methods, and maintenance techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in contractor management, site supervision, and estimation.
