How will you make an impact in this role
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Deliver extraordinary service by responding to questions concerning the CM situation.
Relevant experience of servicing customers via Voice medium, preferably in customer service or Collections industry.
Contribute to a positive team environment by acknowledging others contributions and celebrating their success Strong communication skills with the demonstrated ability to handle highly complex and manual queries
Ability to deliver result & display Personal Accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment
Colleague would be required to work in a hybrid model, servicing ANZ Market.
Ability to deliver results & display Personal Accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate/Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience
