Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth operations during the assigned shift.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to coordinate activities across shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated issues and participate in resolving conflicts within the team.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend training programs for team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
