Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for aftermarket products including spare parts, assemblies, and upgrades.
- Liaise closely with design, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production workflows and timely deliveries.
- Implement cost-effective production methods while maintaining high quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Support reverse engineering efforts and production of legacy components with limited or no existing documentation.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality standards for aftermarket manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve yield.
- Analyze production data and optimize inventory levels to balance demand and supply efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for outsourced manufacturing or components as needed.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing production costs and cycle times in the aftermarket segment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support to aftermarket service teams and customers, assisting with product modifications and upgrades if required.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or similar.
- 4-6years of professional experience
- Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
- Experience in reverse engineering or legacy product manufacturing.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
