Job Purpose/ Summary

The incumbent should have a deep understanding of the plastics industry, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective demand generation strategies. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of demand generation specialists and achieving the company's sales targets.

Job Description
Execute all zonal and national demand generation campaigns within the assigned area as per the monthly plan. Conduct field marketing activities such as plumber meets, contractor programs, roadshows, and product demonstrations to create product awareness. Build and engage a strong local network of plumbers, contractors, technicians, and influencers through regular interactions and training sessions. Ensure effective deployment and maintenance of brand visibility materials including signages, standees, posters, and in-shop branding. Drive local lead generation initiatives through activations, referrals, and site visits and ensure leads are shared with the sales team in a timely manner. Support geo-targeted digital campaigns and promote digital registration tools among dealers and influencers. Coordinate with local vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of events and promotional activities within approved budgets. Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, photographs, and lead data and submit regular reports to the Zonal Manager. Track competitor activities and market feedback and provide insights for improving demand generation strategies.
