Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Title Searcher. The Title Searcher will be responsible for analyzing property records, conducting title searches, and examining liens, deeds, and chains of title to verify ownership and ensure property is free from restrictions or encumbrances. The role involves preparing reports with findings and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with Title Searches, Liens, and Chain of Title
- Familiarity with Deeds and Escrow processes
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of property documents
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software tools used for title examination is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
