Qualification and Experience:
- Current Owner Search/Full Search/Two Owner Search Candidates with Netronline search experience for COS/Full/2OS. Minimum 1 year experience.
- Title Examination Candidates with 1 plus years of experience in Title Examination process.
- Default Searches (TSG/Foreclosure) Minimum 1 plus years of default Searches.
- Taxes Minimum one year of Online/Calling tax experience. Should have experience working for multiple states/counties.
- Title Closing Minimum one year experience in Title Closing - CD/Scheduling/Policy/Payoff/Doc Audit/eRecording/Closing Package Prep
- Title Curative - Minimum one year experience in Title Curative process.
- Good communication skills
- US Title/Mortgage experience preferred.
