This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Title Search Specialist will conduct full searches, perform two-owner searches, and execute lock desk and underwriting tasks. The role involves examining title records, identifying potential issues, and ensuring the accuracy of all title-related documentation. Effective communication with internal teams and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies will also form an integral part of everyday responsibilities.

• Knowledge and experience in Title Insurance and Escrow processes
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in providing Training to internal or external teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
