Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Title Expert. The Title Expert will be responsible for managing title insurance policies, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service, handling escrow processes, and providing necessary training to clients and team members. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure seamless integration of our services into their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze title search results and legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and plats.
2. Prepare and issue title commitments accurately and on time for Title Company (Not for lender), identifying any title defects, requirements, and exceptions.
3. Search county for records, bankruptcy etc.
4. Doing deep dive on subject property to confirm if property is clear.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title commitment preparation, title examining, or a related title insurance role.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide effective Training to clients and team members
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
