Role Description
This is a full-time Title Examiner position located in Salem. The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting detailed reviews of property records, performing title searches, analyzing chain of title, examining title documents such as deeds and title opinions, and identifying any discrepancies or encumbrances.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Title Searches, Chain of Title, and Title Opinions
- Strong knowledge of Deeds and title related documents
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential title issues or discrepancies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in title industry or real estate is a plus
- Proficiency in using title-related software is an advantage
