About the Role: We're looking for a results-driven TikTok Manager to build and scale our ecommerce presence on TikTok. You'll manage the entire platform lifecycle — from shop setup and seller compliance, to campaign strategy, creator partnerships, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. TikTok Shop and Social Commerce Growth
- Own end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy and execution
- Drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth, order volume, and conversion rates
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and creator collaborations
- Identify high-performing Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and scale through creator-led campaigns
2. Creator and Influencer Ecosystem Management
- Build and scale a strong network of creators, affiliates, and influencers
- Drive creator onboarding, retention, and performance tracking
- Develop long-term partnerships with top and mid-tier creators
- Execute campaigns using commission models, product seeding, and challenges
3. Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute high-impact campaigns, product launches, and sales events
- Run A and B (A/B) testing on creatives, formats, and creator strategies
- Optimize campaigns for Return on Investment (ROI), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates
- Collaborate with content and performance teams for integrated campaigns
4. Data Analytics and Performance Optimization
- Analyze metrics like Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Return on Investment (ROI), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rate
- Use tools like TikTok Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau
- Translate data into actionable strategies for growth
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership
5. Content and Creative Strategy
- Define content frameworks for viral, conversion-focused videos
- Work with creators to produce high-performing short-form content
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm shifts
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and business objectives
6. Tools, Automation and Process Excellence
- Leverage tools like TikTok Shop, Creator Marketplace, affiliate platforms (Commission Junction (CJ), CreatorIQ, etc.), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaign tools
- Drive automation in reporting, onboarding, and campaign execution
- Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve scalability and efficiency
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Brand Teams, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain and Category Teams, and Technology and Product Teams
- Ensure alignment between inventory, demand, and campaigns
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in ecommerce or social commerce management (TikTok or similar platforms)
- Proven track record managing campaigns generating One hundred thousand (100K) plus Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) or equivalent revenue impact
- Deep knowledge of TikTok's advertising products, seller policies, and community guidelines
- Hands-on experience with creator partnerships and influencer marketing
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or platform-native dashboards)
