Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and grow TikTok accounts across niches
- Develop viral content strategies and optimized posting calendars
- Identify and execute trending formats, sounds, effects & challenges
- Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement & conversions
- Continuously monitor analytics and refine performance
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams for highimpact content
- Execute organic and paid growth campaigns when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in TikTok account growth & management (Portfolio Required)
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience behavior & emerging trends
- Ability to build highretention, conversionfocused content strategies
