Responsibilities
- Manage and grow TikTok accounts strategically
- Develop viral content strategies and posting calendars
- Identify and replicate trending formats, sounds & challenges
- Optimize videos for reach, engagement & conversions
- Monitor analytics and improve performance consistently
- Coordinate with creators & editors for high-impact content
- Execute growth campaigns (organic + paid if required)
Requirements
- Proven experience in TikTok account growth & management (Portfolio Required)
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends & audience behavior
- Ability to create high-retention, conversion-focused content strategies
- Experience with TikTok analytics & performance tracking
- Fast execution with consistent growth mindset
Pay: 14,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
