Role Description
We are hiring a full-time TIG Welder for on-site work at our facility in Hyderabad. The TIG Welder will perform high-precision welding tasks, focusing primarily on stainless steel and other metals to create durable, top-quality products. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate welding equipment, inspecting completed welds for quality, and ensuring manufacturing standards are met. The role also involves collaboration with the production team to complete projects efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficient in TIG welding techniques with a strong focus on precision and quality
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings effectively
- Knowledge of safe handling and operation of welding equipment and tools
- Experience in working with stainless steel and other metals
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control and inspection skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-performance manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of process improvement and adherence to safety standards
- Relevant technical certification or equivalent professional training in welding is preferred
