- Maintain close liaison with customers on issues relating to Airline bookings.
- Manage database and back office as required.
- Ensure all issues relating to airline ticketing complied with best practice.
- Effectively contribute towards strategy developments.
- Monitor and communicate airline schedule changes and flight cancellations.
- Check all manifests against information booked.
- Work well to achieve targets and ensure that all queues and updates are regularly checked.
- Utilize all preferred Airline contacts.
- Handled internal and external calls, offering the highest level of customer service.
- Issued airline tickets for bookings in line with contracts.
- Profound knowledge of IATA regulations
- Operational knowledge of CRS System Amadeus and CRS
- Sound knowledge of Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo, World span and Saber
- Solid ability to handle reservations by assigning flights and ticketing
- Proven ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constrain
We need the Lifestyle/ Travel Manager to be experienced with Amadeus and should be able to train the team as well with basic ticketing skills. In addition, we need a sincere candidate who believes in Team Work.
