BPO in Chennai Ticketing experience or Ticketing experience under the airlines is a must. ( Minimum of one year / Under GDS ) we can look for the following tools Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo, Pegasus, Corporate experience is not mandatory. Any ticketing experience candidates can apply.

Two to three years experienced candidates preferable. Work from office. Shift timings : 9 a.m to 11 p.m ( Any nine hours ) Fixed weekend off.

Travel Customer Service

Resolution for Issues with regards to ticketing/ schedule change/ reservations.

Ticketing/ Fare Auditing, Schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), etc. Ticket issuance.

Voice Customer Service

Airline, Hotel, Cab Reservations.

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent (required)

College degree (preferred)

Experience in retail, sales/service or other helping business (preferred)

Travel experience (preferred)

Contact center experience (preferred)

2 years GDS (Amadeus/ Sabre/ Galileo/ Worldspan) experience required (Amadeus preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years experience in ticket settlement in ARC and/or BSP preferred.

Detailed knowledge and experience directly working in airline GDS systems Sabre and Amadeus.

Farelogix experience is preferred.

Excellent Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written Required
