Ticketing Executive

We at Yatribiz Private Ltd is hiring for below Position:

Job Title: International and Domestic- Airline Ticketing Executive.

Location: Goregaon - Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 5 year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. A candidate who has handled international/domestic air ticketing independently.

2. Group Booking Handling, Corporate client handling.

3. Travel management, ticket issuance/re-issuance as per the client's requirements.

4. Managing and processing flight bookings for international destinations for same operational destination

5. Establish and maintain relationships monitor performance and resolve any operational issues or disputes with Vendors in a timely manner

6. Addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitableflight options, and handling cancellations, changes & refunds in accordance with airline policies, process payments for bookings

7. Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocation

8. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into reservation systems

Stay updated with airline policies, regulations, and industry news

9. A candidate must have knowledge about GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
