Aertrip.com is looking for a Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo) to manage domestic and international flight bookings. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in handling ticketing operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds using Galileo GDS.
- Issue accurate domestic and international air tickets.
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for fare rules, flight schedules, and other travel-related queries.
- Manage ticket queues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain booking records and ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in ticketing operations (domestic & international).
- Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS (Amadeus knowledge is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Education
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Any relevant field.
