Ticketing Executive

Traviante is a boutique experiential travel company curating luxury, tailor-made journeys across the world. As we continue to grow our outbound travel business, we are looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive located in Gurugram. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to meet organisational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic flight ticket bookings and reissues
• Manage fare calculations, refunds, cancellations, and amendments
• Work with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticketing
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for ticketing requirements
• Assist the sales and operations teams with flight options and fare quotations
• Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and documentation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• 1-2 years of experience in airline ticketing within a travel agency or tour operator
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
